Join us in the cab of a Transport for Wales Class 158 on a beautiful day with spectacular views of the landscape! Initially, we travel on a section of the Chester & Holyhead Railway’s tracks to cross the River Dee close to Chester Racecourse, before crossing the Welsh border at Pulford, and the Vale of Llangollen. At Shrewsbury Station we see the smaller of its signal boxes at Crewe Junction.
