Description

This dvd, Cab Ride No.09, was recorded aboard an HST (Power Car 43054) on the 10.20 St Pancras to Sheffield on 28th May 1986.

The train was semi-fast and the proceeding 10.15 to Nottingham was running with only one power car, thus delaying the 10.20. Despite this, the train arrived at Sheffield on time.

Our driver was Roger Hague and the Inspector, Alan Newman. We would like to thank BR (LMR) Public Affairs and especially Geoff Hughes, for arranging this journey for us.

Please note there is no commentary other than cab conversations which are not always audible above locomotive sounds.
