Tarka meets Whitetip, a young female otter, and comes face-to-face with the fearsome Deadlock – the otter-hound that killed his mother. Set in the 1920s – a time when otter-hunting was still legal – and based on the novel by Henry Williamson, the story of Tarka the Otter has enthralled children the world over ever since.
